Hours to validate

The API provides access to the hours awaiting validation for a person on a specific date, the requests raised on those hours, and the hours that have been validated.

How the collections relate

1. myProtime calculates that a person has worked outside their normal schedule or core hours and creates an hours to validate record. These records are the result of a calculation and cannot be entered.
2. In myProtime, the person or a role holder raises an hours to validate request on those hours. The request holds the durations submitted for validation, next to the originally calculated durations.
3. When a role holder approves the request, validated hours are created from the approved durations.
